Winter Light
This Norway Spruce Grove, which is right at the edge of the forest, lights up brilliantly in the evening light as the sun approaches the horizon, producing a glow that makes one feel warm inside even on the coldest days.
In the 1930's the WPA (Work Project Act) and CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) planted this Grove, and over a million other trees, in Tioughnioga Forest. Yet another thing to be grateful to previous generations for.
