Flower Valley is a stunning memorial location surrounded by beautiful mountains, just a 10 minute walk from Tasiilaq Village.

Except for the departed, I was completely alone there as I quietly thought about the hundreds of past lives and looked at the graves and pictures of the village's loved ones.

In the 1st video clip, the village's dogs mourn for the departed - an amazing moment that just happened to occur while I was there.

In the 2nd video clip, I walk from one end to the other. A very moving experience, as one visits individual resting places and wonders what their lives might have been like. Inuit and Danes alike.
